Dear Cadet Nation Families –
Welcome to the 2024-2021 school year! It is an honor to continue serving as your principal as we embark on another successful school year. I am extremely proud of our scholars, families, and staff members in the Cadet Nation for persevering through the last quarter and continuing in their learning when things got tough. Your ability to accept every challenge that came along was inspiring and we want to keep that same energy this school year. I am excited to share that this year’s theme is “Mission Possible: Success Against All Odds”. Whether your scholar will be joining us face-to-face or through the Innovative LaunchED model, we look forward to collaborating with you to help our scholars reach their best potential! Our faculty and staff continue to be committed to the success of each scholar academically, socially, and emotionally.
We are starting off this school year on our brand new campus! The buildings are beautifully designed and equipped with the latest technology and comforts for our scholars. While we continue to social distance, we encourage you to stay connected with our school community. We will host a variety of virtual events throughout the year and welcome you on our campus by appointment. Make plans to take an active role in your scholar’s educational journey by joining our PTO, contributing your ideas at our monthly SAC meetings, helping them with their academics, and maintaining consistent communication with teachers and staff.
We continue to do great things at Rolling Hills Elementary School! Our teachers, staff, and scholars are shining stars and work every day to continue to be the pride of Pine Hills. We document this regularly on all of our social media outlets and our school webpage. Be sure to follow us on the Twitter @CadetNation , like us on Facebook at Rolling Hills Elementary OCPS, and subscribe to our YouTube channel, Rolling Hills Elementary, to stay connected.
We are going to have an amazing school year, on purpose!
Mrs. Farah L. Henderson
